Seeking an experienced Childcare Director to join a 40 place Centre for ages 0 - 6 year olds in the Northern Beaches! They require a Centre Manager to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. They are looking for a Centre Manager who is willing to lead long term. To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following : A completed ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education NESA Teacher Accreditation Be highly qualified - Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience within the Early Childhood sector (essential) Experience with staff development & leadership in a similar role (essential) Passionate belief in early years care, development, and education of children Available 5 days a week for full-time work (essential) Australian Working Rights- no restrictions Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) Able to manage budgets, occupancy, rostering, and administrative tasks efficiently to optimise the centre's performance. Completion of an Approved Child Protection course A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Excellent interpersonal skills oral and written communication skills, public speaking confidence High level computer skills (MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Xplor) Is able to establish positive and warm educator/parent relationships Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
